I have everything built from git master, commits: merkuro at 80795e1e, akonadi at bdb74ed0

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open merkuro-maik

OBSERVED RESULT
The application fails to start.

EXPECTED RESULT
no error.

Fix merkuro-mail not launching

Since commit 6ef48c73 ("Delete ETMTreeViewStateSaver") the class was
moved to Akonadi.

This fixed the app not launching.
