showing that I did have the file association

SUMMARY

I used to do this all the time. I have .md files opening a text editor normally but right-click to open rendered with Okular. But now, Okular doesn't show in the open-with contextual menu — even though it is set in file associations as 2nd choice and is listed as the most recent application for the file type.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Okular as a 2nd-choice in file associations for .md
2. right-click a .md file in Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT

Okular is not in the list, I have to go to "Other application…" and extra step of choosing it

EXPECTED RESULT

The first or second option should be Okular since it is set as a file association, even though not the default

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS:
KDE Neon user edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.18.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2
