The content of the first frame of the tooltip is always skewed, sometimes too large, sometimes too small. Difficult to see, try hitting pause at the right moment.

The content of the tooltip sometimes remains skewed.

SUMMARY
When hovering with the mouse cursor over the app icons, a preview is displayed. For not yet open apps, simply the name and short description is shown. This preview/tooltip is sometimes skewed.

Note the attached video and image:

In the video, one can see that the drawing area of the tooltip seems to be **always** skewed initially (on the first frame) and then corrected to the correct size. This only results in a short flicker.

The image however shows a tooltip where the initially skewed rendering never got corrected. It will stay like this as long as the tooltip is open.
