SUMMARY
Opening a folder from recent locations fails to load directory

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some history so that there is something in dolphin's Recent locations list
2. Open kate
3. File > open folder
4. In the picker go to recent locations
5. Open a folder from here

OBSERVED RESULT
A folder like /home/user/path/to/workspace opens

EXPECTED RESULT
It attempts to open recentlyused:/workspace-27 and nothing from the directory is visible in kate

Excuse me, I wrote the observed/expected results back to front. It should be opening the folder, instead it attempts to open a location with a number appended

Not a Kate bug, should be fixed in the kde file dialog I believe.
