SUMMARY
Currently you have to right click on trash in dolphin and go to "Configure trash" to open a dedicated window for trash settings. I think this should be moved to a KCM in systemsettings so that it's more easily accessible

Thank you for the bug report!

However Plasma 6.3.91 no longer receives updates or maintenance from KDE; active versions are 6.4 or newer. Please upgrade to an active version as soon as your distribution makes it available to you. Plasma is a fast-moving project, and bugs in one version are often fixed in the next one.

If you need help with Plasma 6.3.91, please contact your distribution, who bears the responsibility of providing help for older releases that are no longer receiving updates from KDE.

If you can reproduce the issue after upgrading to an active version, feel free to re-open this bug report.

Wrong version

Easy enough to do. The only question is where to put it where it won't worsen the problem of "omggggg kde's settings is too overwhelming to meeee!!111"

Probably under System as there doesn't seem to be any premade submenu that fits this. Depending on if there are more filesystem related settings that could be moved, you could create a submenu named "File management".

Oh I spotted "Recent Files" KCM. That could be grouped with the Trash settings.
