Pull down one of the menus at the top and hover over a link in the menu.  It makes the entire page disappear.  Confirmed by David Faure also.

The links are still registered though, because mouseover on a region of the page that *should* have links when the page has disappeared and you will see the mouse pointer change.

Bug 49942 seems to be ok in CVS HEAD... at least as of December 22 - reopening 
this one as its own problem.

Appears to be fixed in HEAD.  Doubt it will ever be fixed in 3.1
