I am writing to propose a minor but significant accessibility enhancement for the KCalc graphical user interface (GUI).

The visual appearance of the + (plus) and ÷ (division) keys can be easily confused, especially for users with vision impairments or older adults. The two dots of the division symbol are quite close to the horizontal dash, which can be misread as a plus sign at a quick glance.

The current workaround of increasing the overall button font size is not effective, as it enlarges all symbols, including the plus sign. This maintains the difficult distinction and also unnecessarily increases the size of the buttons and the application window.

I have two specific suggestions to address this usability issue:

1- Modify the division symbol: Is it possible to increase the size of the two dots in the ÷ symbol and place them further away from the horizontal dash? This would significantly improve its visual distinctiveness.

2- Decouple font and button sizing: Is it possible to control the size of the buttons and the application window independently from the font size? This would allow users to increase the text size for better legibility without causing the application's layout to expand unnecessarily.
