SUMMARY
Kate is unable to open files from sftp locations with reason "unknown protocol "sftp"."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a sftp-location in Dolphin
2. Open a text-file in Kate

OBSERVED RESULT
Kate failes to open the file

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not fail

If the sftp slave is not there, that look like a more generic issue.
Is that a Flatpak?

I noticed that Okular is affected by this too, so I think it is an general issue with Flatpak.
