SUMMARY
sddm reports breeze theme cannot be loaded, select another theme.  Cannot login.  When selecting other available themes, also cannot login.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Load current version of sddm and sddm-theme-brreeze
2.  Start / restart sddm.
3.  See error on login screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to login to kde neon.

EXPECTED RESULT
No errors on login screen; successful login to kde neon.
