SUMMARY
After typing some text into krunner, the text appears to smear briefly, then the result box is jumpy until the results finish sorting

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open krunner
2. Type in any text that will produce results (e.g. Thunder, since I have Thunderbird installed)


OBSERVED RESULT
Text appears to smear before resolving.
Results are slower to populate than on 6.4.5
Also, I saw the result list jump around and rearrange when displaying results.
The bottom edge also jumps up and down a little while the list is being arranged and rearranged

For instance, searching for "Sync", the "Images" category is shown. Then Applications and Folders appear above Images. While these are being rearranged, the size of the list jumps down until everything is displayed. 


EXPECTED RESULT
Results list displays with stable font look and smooth expansion

Can Confirm jumpiness, especially when deleting large amounts of characters from krunner
Happens to me on lower powered laptops and higher powered desktops regardless of graphicscard
