In the shortcuts editor I attempt to set a shortcut to be Ctrl + Shift + Num pad + on a full size keyboard.  The shortcut registers as Ctrl + Num++ (not sure what happened to the shift) and no errors or conflicts are reported.  However, Ctrl + Shift + Num++ does not activate and Ctrl + Num++ increments the font size (which I presume is expected).
