Is the app still running in the background after you close the window? If so, does killing the process help?
Comment on attachment 185175 [details] Comment Lines — insert "//" comments at the beginning of each selected line > Yes the app is still running. > Even after closing all apps running with only Desktop screen open ((Like when you switch on the computer)) the "Comment Lines" does not get removed. > Holding down Ctrl + Alt + Esc does not work either. > Have searched the internet how to solve the problem before reporting the problem here. Okay, if the app is running, then it could be a bug in the app. If you click on that "comment lines" window, does the click go through to the window below it? If it does not go through, make sure you don't have any unsaved data in the app, then press Meta+Ctrl+Escape and click on the "comment lines" window. Does it disappear then? GloriousEggroll over at Nobara suggested it can be this > as the application is running in wine the issue would be specific to wine rendering the application incorrectly, not anything on the nobara OS side. it could also possibly be a bug with either intel graphics (mesa) or nvidia graphics. we dont know which one wine is using in your issue. <
>>>then it could be a bug in the app <<<
The app does not do this in Windows 10 or 11. (The app is used world wide to trade stock / forex / cripto). Am sure not the first one to encounter this bug.
