Would be nice if in Panel Configuration would be available "lucent" option in "Opacity" configuration.
Now seems to be not possible easy make to panel would be fully transparent, and also is not possible to change of level of opaque.
I applied work around to get fully transparent panel using plasmoid "Panel Transparency Toggle". It works, but unfortunatelly take some space in the panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. RMB on Panel
2. Click on "Show Panel Configuration"
3. Click "Opacity"

OBSERVED RESULT
Missing option "lucent"

EXPECTED RESULT
Option "lucent" to be able to set panel as fully transparent

Themes can be adjusted by choosing or creating a new Plasma Theme. Adding an option would conflict with the theme settings

Sorry, but I don't get it. Current 3 option don't make conflicts, but 4th (giving transparent) will make conflict? Please explain me this.

BTW. I would like to have transparent only panel, and not Kicker.
If some option here makes conflict then maybe needs to add another calling i.e. "use current theme", why such is missing?

It's really only 2. And the theme provides both opaque and translucent options.

So what with 3rd (Adaptive)?
Anyway if I would like to have transparent panel, then I need to find theme what has built in transparency or modify currently use.
