The track mouse effect now only animates when the cursor is moved. The damage tracking is not correct.

edit, now it works a bit. It's still stuttery with artifacts though.

Getting trail artifacts and stuttering with Track Mouse as well. Seems to go away when I set my display scale back to 100%.
