There are several ways, connected with each other, of Neochat not idealy handling pictures, related to the clipboard. I am reporting them all in one, because I assume they are intertwined. Hope this is ok.
1. I can not simply use copy and paste, when adding pictures to a post. I have to click on an icon to add pictures and then are allowed to selected "from clipboad) Other clients are able to handling this, by using CTRL-V or Shift-Insert.

2. When inserting a picture from clipboard, the recipient sees the picture, but I do not. There is only a black box with a line in it. Sometimes it appears after a while, but sometimes I have to close and reopen Neo Chat. 

3. When I have written a post containing a picture, the context menu of that post does only provide context options for the picture, but not for the text in the post.

The behavior exists in CachyOS and KDE Neon, both freshly updated.
