STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the Reboot button on the Application Menu.
2. Plug/Unplug the HDMI cable.

OBSERVED RESULT
The screen is closed and the reboot is canceled.

EXPECTED RESULT
The reboot timer screen should be unaffected by plugging/unplugging screens.
