What app are you using? We need to know that, and we also need a backtrace of the crash to be able to debug it. Please see https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports#Retrieving_a_backtrace_using_coredumpctl for more information.

Please also mention which OS you're using, which version of Plasma and/or the app you're using, etc.

I went back to mint idk what happend first they told me there was a problem
with audio then when I played a video its just crashed

Ok. I don't think we can help you, sorry.

In the future, be aware that reinstalling your entire operating system is a somewhat heavyweight to approach troubleshooting. :)
