SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Discover
2. System updates is 314
3. Klick "update all"

OBSERVED RESULT
Throws error message

Install updates

I believe this is the same error reported in original posting:

Dependency resolution failed: The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  kpim6-akonadi: Conflicts: kpim6-akonadi-notes but 4:24.08.3-0zneon+24.04+noble+release+build12 is to be installed

In this KDE NEON installation the system updates could be restored.

sudo apt update
sudo apt autoremove
sudo apt remove kpim6-akonadi-notes
