STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have this item foxconn/ hon hai
2. just random pop up
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT pop up randomly

This is likely that either the hardware for this device has a loose solder or some other thing that makes it be redetected, or there's a kernel level issue. The notifications only show what they are told by the kernel.

What exactly is this device?
