SUMMARY

It's impossible to add many files at once to a playlist, because the file chooser dialog only allows a single file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Haruna
2. Add file

OBSERVED RESULT

3. Be stumped that that the singular in the GUI text is actually correct and you cannot add more than one file at a time. And that you have to create a workaround by creating a playlist each time your folder contents updates.

EXPECTED RESULT

1. An option to add a full folder, optimally automatically scanning for new files (feature request)
2. An option to add many selected files at once by using multi-selection in the file selection dialog (I'd consider this normal behavior)

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux Mint 22.2, Xfce, using Haruna 1.4.0 flatpak

Now I see that Haruna has an option to 'add -> Files', but all I can add is an m3u playlist, not any actual files. 

I love that you've added multiple playlists... but please please also allow us to add videos or music to those, without adding files one by one.

@george fb - Yeah, but it does not work. 

That's what I said - the entry is there in the menu, but I can only choose m3u files, and so it's useless for opening video files. 

Do you need a screenshot of the file chooser dialog? Or anything else that helps?

Oh - heh, it works today. Maybe some weird caching issue? It definitely did not work right after the update. I tried it at least three times to be sure. The 'files' item lead to a dialog that only allowed m3u. Now I can multiselect files as desired. Or was the 1.5.0 update in between my last post and today?... Confusing, but great that it works. Thanks!
