Issue on Plasma 6.4.4

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have the system display the low battery notification, then have the system suspend itself at 5%.
2. Plug the energy cable then log back into your account.

OBSERVED RESULT
Duplicate notifications appear.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be only one notification.

When you wrote, "log back into your account", did you mean "wake from sleep"?

It would seem so.

Curiously enough there's no setting regarding what should the system do when reaching 5%.
