SUMMARY

Krita crashes when pasting anything from selection tools (lasso, rectangular, etc). Pasting images like jpg file does no crash.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select any area from existing layers 
2. Paste
3. Krita crashes

OBSERVED RESULT

Krita crash with the followings in the log:

SAFE ASSERT (krita): "mimedata" in file ./libs/ui/kis_clipboard.cc, line 320
Segmentation fault

EXPECTED RESULT

Krita not crash

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Debian 13 stable
Krita Version: krita-5.2.11-prealpha-68c0a76b41-x86_64.AppImage, krita-5.2.13-prealpha-4f376aba8d-x86_64.AppImage, krita-5.2.9 from debian repo

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
GPU Driver: Nvidia proprietary 550.163.01/CUDA Version: 12.4

FYI, this happen with fresh krita config. 
The crash does not happen in my another machine with Debian 12 (same Krita version), which also uses Nvidia driver (so it could be KDE components or Nvidia driver causing the problem?)
