No Audio effects or sounds are reproduced on the Windows build.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the latest KBlocks nightly build on Windows
2. Enable sounds
3. Start a new game

OBSERVED RESULT
No sounds are played.

EXPECTED RESULT
Sounds are played.
