SUMMARY

There are 2 ways to switch between displays:
- Using arrangement panel
- Using tab bar above arrangement panel

Arrangement panel more functional and behavior is the same: when you click on display, settings view switches to whatever you click.

It doesn't make a lot of sense to have multiple display switchers. tab bar doesn't bring anything over arrangement view. It just takes space which is already cramped.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Display Configuration

OBSERVED RESULT

You can switch between displays in 2 different ways.

EXPECTED RESULT

Only single way to switch between displays.

What if a display is disabled or mirrored.

Changing layouts seemingly randomly is also not ideal.

Point of this issue is to pinpoint what could be done to remove this redundancy. It's not a technical limitation since it could be solved
1. If display is disabled you just gray it out (like it currently happens with entry in tab bar)
2. For mirroring, you could show single display split in half (i.e. literary make them represent a mirror)

There are other ways of course, but these were just on top of my head.

For that you already need to click "edit arrangement" button. Without layout isn't change-able.
