SUMMARY
Creating/adding a new color in palette crashes Krita.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Opening the palette docker
2. Clicking the '+' icon and the "OK" button
3. Right there, Krita stops responding before it kicks the user (me) out from the application

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor would wait for a moment before the application itself crashes
