STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Yakuake
2. Run a command that requires authentication (e.g. password, security token request)

OBSERVED RESULT
Authentication window opens below Yakuake window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Authentication window opens above Yakuake window. Alternatively, it may be okay to hide Yakuake window while waiting for authentication.
