1. run dolphin
2. new tab
3. close dolphin
4. run dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
ASSERT: "!m_urlNavigatorConnected" in file /home/asd/s/dolphin/s/src/dolphinviewcontainer.cpp, line 289

EXPECTED RESULT
dolphin opens
