Title Clip editor does not support Asian languages.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Right click on the project bin area.
2. Add Title Clip ...
3. In the Title clip editor, try to type some Asian (Chinese / Japanese / Korean ...) characters. You won't be able to do it. This is a bug.

1. User should be able to input Asian characters.
