STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Right-clicked on a title bar.

OBSERVED RESULT
There's a option to deactivate the title bar, but not one to auto-hide it, like the Panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
Finding an option to auto-hide the title bar, so it appears when the mouse hovers there.

There's no option for this this feature because this feature doesn't exist :)

I'm not sure this feature is something we want to implement though, sorry. At least not as a 1st-party thing.
