Documentation is only displayed in English in smb4k

We have https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kf6/ru/docmessages/smb4k/
But we don't have docbook file (https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kf6/ru/docs/smb4k/smb4k/)

The problem is solved by simply generating a docbook file
Please note that the problem concerns not only the Russian language, but also many others.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run smb4k
2. Open the documentation

OBSERVED RESULT
Documentation is displayed in English

EXPECTED RESULT
Documentation is displayed in Russian
