SUMMARY
When there are a lot of windows opened, the menu is not centered anymore. Keep the pop up in the center of the screen when its between two long separators even when the widgets icon is moved by open windows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create new panel
2. Add any menu
3. Add taskbar
4. Add long separators on the sides
5. Open a lot of windows
6. The menu pop up is not centered anymore

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu pop up is not centered.

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu pop up stays in the center of the screen even when there are a lot of open windows.
