SUMMARY
Upon startup, Discover 6.4.4 does not ask for user password for security authorization. I'm reporting this as a major bug since a skilled hacker or even a guest user on a shared Linux computer might be able to install or remove any package or set of packages by using Discover since the user password is not being asked by Discover for security authorization upon startup.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Discover

OBSERVED RESULT
Upon startup, Discover 6.4.4 fails to ask for user password for security authorization.

EXPECTED RESULT
Upon startup, Discover 6.4.4 should ask for user password for security authorization.

The configuration of which authentication prompts need to be answered by the user vs auto-accepted is up to your distro, not KDE. Please talk to your distro about it, thanks!
