SUMMARY
If I got notifications while in Do Not Disturb and then turned Do Not Disturb off, it used to show me all the notifications I missed, which I preferred. Now it just gives one notification telling me how many notifications I missed. I have to check the system tray, which is organized terribly and is impossible to tell which notifications are the new ones. Also, if the notification had any buttons, they sometimes don't show up.
There should be a setting to revert to the old functionality where turning off DnD just shows all the notifications I missed like it used to.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on Do Not Disturb
2. Receive notification
3. Turn off Do Not Disturb

OBSERVED RESULT
It just gives me a notification telling me "1 notification was received while Do Not Disturb was active."

EXPECTED RESULT
I want it to just show the notifications that I missed
