SUMMARY
I've been experiencing some troubles with the tool pipette for a few weeks and even in different files.
First I thought it was some configuration but I did everything to see what it's wrong and can't fix it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I pick the pipette
2. I put it taking a color
3. It doesn't takes the exact color that it is showing in that layer

OBSERVED RESULT
When I pick the pipette and try to take the color that it is showing in the layer it picks a different tone, like if it was more grey or something like that.

EXPECTED RESULT
I want the pipette to take the same color that it is showing on the screen.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 11 Pro
macOS:
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've been trying to solve this problem a few weeks, thinking it was some configuration I made in the program but I've been searching info about and can't find anything wrong so I think it's an error of the program.

Hi there, thanks for the bug report!

Can you please check a few settings to confirm that things aren't somehow misconfigured on your end?

- Select the "Color Sampler Tool" (pipette), so that it's currently active.
- Open (or navigate to) the "Tool Options Docker". (If it's not already open, you can enable it with the `Settings > Dockers > Tool Options` menu item.)
- If the pipette is still active you should see various settings related to sampling colors. So, please check that:

- - "Sample All Visible Layers" is selected. (This should sample the color as you see it on the canvas.)
- - "Radius" is set to 1. (Otherwise multiple pixels will be averaged together when you sample.)
-- "Blend" is set to 100. (Otherwise the previously selected color will be mixed in with the new color.)

I suspect that one of these settings has been changed at some point. :)
If not, please let us know, and we can try to figure out what's going on!
