SUMMARY
From time to time, the Open with dialog text field is prefilled with an app name, even though that name has never been entered in the field.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click on a file
2. Choose Open with > Other application

OBSERVED RESULT
The text field is sometimes prefilled an app name, which filters out the other apps.

EXPECTED RESULT
The text field should always be empty.
