SUMMARY

Dolphin does not show the collective duration of multiple selected multimedia files in the information panel. It does show if only a single file is selected. The only options I can add or remove when multiple files are selected are as you can see in the attached picture (Total Size / Tags / Rating / Comment). I checked that the baloo service is running and stopped, purged and restarted it, and added the folder in the picture to the "File Search" app to be indexed but it didn't solve the issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open directory containing multimedia files
2. Highlight multimedia files while the information panel open

OBSERVED RESULT
The only information shown is (Total Size / Tags / Rating / Comment)

EXPECTED RESULT
More information in the information panel, particularly total duration.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Fixed by checking "Files and contents" instead of "Files" only indexing in the "File Search" app
