duplicates in settings

In Dolphin settings -> Interface -> Previews, a lot of duplicates were added with this latest release. (Also, it seems that some of my previous preferences were not respected after upgrading, but I am not so sure about that, so I will just focus my report on the duplicates.)

There are too many settings related to images. I think a separate category should be made there to customize what types of image extensions should have previews or not, if the KDE team wants to keep such customization.

However, I personally feel this level of customization is not necessary. I don't think there's too much usefulness in, for example, having previews for WebP, but not for PNG. The toggle of "Images" in general including many types is the right thing to do IMO.

I would propose to rename it to:

"General images (formats here, separated by comma, with the penultimate having an 'and' after it)"

Formats I would suggest to be grouped: AVIF, PNG, BMP, WEBP, SVG, Microsoft Windows Images (not sure which format is this one), JPEG, JPEG XL.

I think EXR and RAW formats can be kept separate as I see they can be useful in some niche situations.

For GIF I would also suggest to make it separate from "General images" for accessibility purposes.

That is all, thanks for your attention.

Can confirm, though my list of dups looks a bit different, I got
- Folders
- WebP-Picture
duplicated.

This is likely due to having both KDE thumbnailers and "standardized" thumbnailers ( /usr/share/thumbnailers ) for same mimetypes.

We should check for this list if we already have our own thumbnailer for the mimetype, and if so, hide the ones from /usr/share/thumbnailers for this mimetype.

Sadly it's bit more complicated than that, and moving our own thumbnailers into this standard should help more gradual settings for them.

Still, can confirm the issue.
