Thank you for your bug report!

However Plasma 5.27 no longer receives updates or maintenance from KDE; active versions are 6.4 or newer. Additionally, the backtrace shows that the issue is in the Nouveau graphics drivers.

I would recommend upgrading to Debian 13, which has newer versions of both. Alternatively, switch to a different distro that offers better support for both KDE software and NVIDIA GPUs; Debian doesn't focus on these, so you may not have an optimal experience with them.
