STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Dolphin from nightly Flatpak repo (https://cdn.kde.org/flatpak/dolphin-nightly/org.kde.dolphin.flatpakref)
2. Use it for a while, opening various files and folders
3. Go to the "Recent Files" or "Recent Folders" items in the sidebar

OBSERVED RESULT
They're both empty

They both show some of the files and folders I interacted with recently
