*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 506535 *** HI. I did some additional digging around after reaching out to another user. I had to redownload DNNs that were not included with the installation package, and I was able to get the test to confirm my GPU. Got them at : https://files.kde.org/digikam/facesengine/dnnface/ https://files.kde.org/digikam/facesengine/shape-predictor/ A suggestion would be to have these included within the Installation Package of the software, to prevent this from occurring for other users. Kind Regards Alan Again, I don't want to leave the incorrect information here. digiKam automatically detects whether DNN model files are missing; this is checked every time digiKam is started. A download dialog will then appear. No one needs to do this manually. The dialog won't appear if the corresponding feature has been disabled; all AI features are enabled by default. Nobody wants to download an additional 1GB or so of data in the installation bundle every time a new digiKam version is installed. Maik Fixed with bug 506535 |
