STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run kclock

OBSERVED RESULT
Failed to create wl_display (No such file or directory)
The xdg-shell protocol is unsupported by the compositor

Thread 1 "kclock" received signal SIGABRT, Aborted.

EXPECTED RESULT
kclock window appears and no crash
