Hello.
For a long time now, the Windows platform https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n41msq1wnm8?hl=fr-FR&gl=FR has only offered version 23.08.1. 
This anomaly has already been reported in the forum several times, but has not been addressed. I am therefore reporting it as a bug.
In general, this platform is of poor quality, offering only an executable that creates files in: 
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps
    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\KDEe.V.Okular_7vt06qxq7ptv8
	C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Packages\KDEe.V.Okular_7vt06qxq7ptv8
	C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\AppIconCache\250
without the user having any control over anything.
