STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Krita
2. open Tools > Scripts > Scripter

OBSERVED RESULT
"File" menu not showing up

EXPECTED RESULT
"File" menu should show up to let users open, save, etc. scripts

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
macOS: 12.7.6

on macOS the Scripter File menu is at the top of the screen. Scripter is seen as an independent application menu so it replaces krita menus when scripter has focus.
