SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE (Ledger)
1. All transactions I have include a tag.
2. Open a ledger and select transaction.
3. No tag appears unless the tag is for a transfer (tag does appear if you select details for the entry)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE (Reports)
1. Open Transactions by Tag
2. No tag appears unless the tag is for a transfer.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Tags do not appear in ledger or in reports for historical transactions.
If I create a new entry with a tag it will appear on the transaction line.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tags appear on each line in the ledger and appear in reports.
