SUMMARY
When I switch to another virtual desktop and open any widget like kickoff menu there is no animation for 2 seconds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to another desktop
2. Quickly open any widget
3. There is no animation

OBSERVED RESULT
No animations of widgets for 2 seconds after I switch to another desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Animations when of widgets when I switch to another desktop.

Can confirm: The panel popup opening animation doesn't play while the desktop swipe animation is still playing. It has an ease-out effect, so it looks like it's done playing when it's probably technically still going for a little bit.
