Doing "sudo apt dist-upgrade" fails with

have added versioned breaks/replaces against plasma-workplace* in plasma5support
https://invent.kde.org/neon/neon-packaging/plasma5support/-/commit/e1145ff0f45371c404003f728f693c2d1ca54928
and versioned depends against plasma5-support* in plasma-workspace* 
https://invent.kde.org/neon/kde/plasma-workspace/-/commit/76fc4973d769b7c3a4be9d6a3d4181811fb452e3
have upgraded an unstable vm and also my own laptop without issue.  
Does a new dist-upgrade fix the issue for you Nico??
