SUMMARY
When I enable 'Even when an external monitor is connected' in the KDE settings, it seems to actually wake up the laptop a few seconds later, but only when I disconnect my dock (power + DP-monitor).

Is it me not understanding the setting correctly? I have enabled the setting for all three modes (AC/BAT/LBAT).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable checkbox 'Even when an external monitor is connected''
2. Close laptop

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen/GPU (dGPU?) goes back on (even when lid is closed).

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen + GPU should stay off.

To make it work again, I need to select the Defaults, and Apply. Unchecking the box, doesn't seem to work.
