SUMMARY
Weather widget in systray intermittently slows down whole Plasma.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable weather widget, add it to systray to be visible
2. Wait for couple of hours, try different things

OBSERVED RESULT
Intermittent issues with Plasma lagging
3. Disable widget, Plasma suddenly fast as ever

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma OK, no lagging

That's odd. I'm not seeing this on git-master. Can you get some logs from around the time you see the slowdown happening? For instance

sudo journalctl --since="10 minutes ago"

There may be a lower level issue going on, this will hopefully help us gain more insight. Thanks.
