SUMMARY
Tooltip in panel for Linux Mint Cinnamon is formatted incorrectly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install with sudo apt install yakuake
2. start yakuake
3. hove mouse over the icon in the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip is <html>Press <b>F12</b> to open</html

EXPECTED RESULT
Press F12 to open
