SUMMARY
Every once in a while at random, hovering over stuff or clicking on any element with my mouse stops working. I have no exact idea how it works and why it happens but I can say it's relative to fullscreen apps, ESPECIALLY steam games. I checked journalctl for kwin errors and it tells me this:
fedora kwin_wayland[1760]: kf.windowsystem: static bool KX11Extras::mapViewport() may only be used on X11
Another issue that has presented with it is I get randomly sent back one page on apps

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora KDE 42 (Latest version as of july 29th 2025 gmt +2)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

I'm afraid we can't do much with this report as-is. 

So when you're in a fullscreen app, the mouse stops, but content still plays and you can still alt+tab between windows?
